How do I login to my account to manage my subscription?

If you have an account: Click/tap 'account' in the menu bar and enter your login details. If you have subscribed to Paused Limited you will be able to manage your subscriptions through your accounts profile.

If you do not have an account: 
You are able to manage your subscription through the link provided in the email confirmation. This link is only valid for 7 days; however, you will be able to resubmit your email to retrieve a new link.

Will the price always be the same?

Yes. The price you got at the time you set up the subscription is locked in for the duration of the subscription.

Do subscriptions come with free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available on subscriptions. 

Can you cancel or pause whenever you like?

Yes. This is a no strings, no commitment subscription. You can cancel or pause your subscription whenever suits you.

  • How to add a product to an existing subscription
    • In your account profile, click Manage Subscriptions
    • Choose the subscription you want to edit and click See More Details
    • Choose the product you wish to add and click Add Product
    • Choose the quantity
    • Confirm Add Product
    • The new product will now show in your upcoming orders 
  • How to Pause subscriptions
    • In your account profile, click Manage Subscriptions
    • Choose the subscription you want to pause and click See More Details
    • From here, you will see your subscription details including the options to Pause and Cancel Subscription
    • Click Pause
    • The product will now show as subscription paused
  • How to cancel subscriptions
    • In your account profile, click Manage Subscriptions
    • Choose the subscription you want to cancel and click See More Details 
    • From here, you will see your subscription details including the options to Pause and Cancel Subscription
    • Click Cancel
    • The product will now show as cancelled
